Franciscan Children’s Healthy Minds Initiative

The Corey C Griffin Foundation partnered with the Franciscan Children’s Hospital to battle the largest mental health crisis in history, with suicide being the second-leading cause of death for youth aged 10-19.

KHMI brings together the community to address this startling reality and ensure that the most innovative and proven approaches to mental health are accessible to those most in need. Sessions help adults and caregivers identify youth mental illness and begin breaking down the negative stigma often associated with mental illness. This program is making a huge difference in the lives of youth in crisis.
