“Boston’s Biggest Night Out” celebrated its 17th year.
The Corey C. Griffin House will offer affordable housing for the visiting families of children receiving care at Boston Children’s Hospital.
Country music superstar Jake Owens headlined a star-studded event at the House of Blues Boston that raised over $2.3 million for Corey’s Kids.
Corey C. Griffin (1986–2014), who always saw and brought out the best in people, is our inspiration.
We believe that all children have the potential to succeed when afforded the same access to education, mentorship, and work opportunities.
Guided by the memory of our namesake, Corey C. Griffin (1986-2014), who always saw the best in others and inspired them to be their best selves, we partner with leading organizations to empower the Boston area’s underserved children.
We call them “Corey’s Kids.”
The Foundation partners with the most diligent, resourceful, and innovative organizations serving Boston-area children. These established groups cover the range of education, food security, health care, and character-building for the most underserved kids.
Our comprehensive engagements with our partners and community operate on four distinct and equally critical levels.
Targeted annual funding to our partners to achieve tangible and impactful long-term goals.
Guidance from the Foundation’s leaders to our partners’ executives, and mentorship to their youth.
Attracting and nurturing a wide and expanding network of supporters and volunteers for our partners.
Providing the significant, in-kind donations that our partners and the families that they serve need.
We’re a hands-on organization that works directly with our community and constituents. That means everything from fundraisers, holiday gift and school supply drives, and tuition assistance programs.
We work on multiple levels, including financial grants and personal engagement — all grounded in a commitment to community, the human spirit, and unconditional love for Corey’s Kids.
We’re not a “rubber chicken dinner” type of organization. If you come to our events, you will have fun. Our events, like the Boston Winter Ball (aka, “Boston’s Biggest Night Out”) and CoreyFest, rank among the top draws in the Hub.
The Foundation’s distinctive hats aren’t just stylish. Frequently spotted on the streets of Boston, they send a message that you’re proud to be someone who cares.
Show your support for the Foundation, and find some new friends among random strangers.
The Foundation promotes generosity on all levels. We invite members of the community to participate in events and contribute both financially and with their time.
Volunteer, make a donation, or get in touch to begin making an impact.
