It has now been twelve years since we lost our beloved Corey C. Griffin.
But, the impact that has been created in his name continues to grow as we work to transform lives by carrying forth his commitment to love and generosity. His legacy of joy, warmth, and servitude is now reaching more than 10,000 kids, annually. We affectionately call them, “Corey’s Kids”, because his spirit lives on in each of them.
From an early age, Corey believed in the power of giving back. Whether he was raising $100,000 for ALS research just days before his passing, supporting Boston Children’s Hospital through Champions for Children’s, or volunteering his time and resources to community events, Corey’s actions reflected a deep-seated commitment to service. His work with the NHL Alumni Pro-Am and the Boston Winter Ball illustrated his ability to unite people around causes that mattered. Corey didn’t just fundraise — he galvanized entire communities to make a difference. He inspires us all each and every day.
His passion for helping kids reach their full potential lives on through the love-centered work of the Corey C. Griffin Foundation. Corey envisioned a future in which children of all backgrounds could see a wider world, imagine their place in it, and achieve their dreams and goals.
Corey’s light continues to lead us. We are honored to carry forward his legacy and remain a Force of Love for Kids.
