Building Trust within Communities
We have enjoyed a great partnership with MAMLEO, who is a key participant and supporter of our annual Back to School Backpack Drive. We also stand by MAMELO in their work with the Boston Police Department and other Law Enforcement Agencies to improve the recruitment, hiring, and career advancement of minority candidates and officers interested in or already working in the field of Law Enforcement. MAMLEO also promotes Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within law enforcement across Massachusetts that directly address policy concerns around discriminatory practices (access to fair hiring and promotion) in law enforcement. MAMLEO is a leader in advancing police reform initiatives as well as health and wellness initiatives.
